Mini Light Sensor to detect the ambient light intensity

The motion sensor can detect the ambient light intensity.
It can be used as a control device to control a window shutter
when the sun goes up or turn on a light when the sun goes down.
It also can be an alarm device to issue an alarm when someone
turns on a light in a dark room (24-Hour Zone).
